Bad data or missing product
If a spec is wrong, a price looks off, or a model is missing entirely, let us know which product and what we got wrong. We usually have it fixed within a day or two.
Account or sign-in trouble
Can't sign in, lost a saved combo, or something looks broken in your account? Include the email you signed up with so we can find the right account.
Brand, retailer, or partnership
Want to feed us a product catalog, set up an affiliate program, or talk co-marketing? We're selective but we read every message.
Press and media
Working on a story about fishing gear, e-commerce, or how anglers shop? Happy to help with quotes, screenshots, and background.
Privacy and legal
Privacy requests, DMCA notices, or anything legal-flavored should go to our legal address so it gets to the right person.
Before you email about a product
The fastest way to get a data fix in is to include:
- The product URL on ComboBroker (e.g.
/rods/some-rod-slug). - What's wrong — the wrong spec, the right value, and ideally a link to the manufacturer page we should be matching.
- A screenshot if it's a visual issue.
For everything else, freestyle email is fine. We don't need a template.
