Before you email about a product

The fastest way to get a data fix in is to include:

  • The product URL on ComboBroker (e.g. /rods/some-rod-slug).
  • What's wrong — the wrong spec, the right value, and ideally a link to the manufacturer page we should be matching.
  • A screenshot if it's a visual issue.

For everything else, freestyle email is fine. We don't need a template.
